Five Spice Smoked Tofu

Phoenix Bean has been making Chicago's best tofu in their Argyle Street facility for decades.  For this product, they cut their firm tofu into rectangular slabs before rubbing with traditional Chinese five spice powder and lightly smoking the tofu to give it a hugely savory boost in flavor.  Try this tofu chopped up with a salad or stirred into your next fry there's no wrong answers!
