Swiss melting cheese similar to a traditional Gruyere but younger, softer, and melty-er!  Traditionally this cheese is warmed on a hearth and scraped onto potatoes, bread, or pickles.  Pasteurized Cow's Milk - 5mo Aged - 8oz portion
