Raclette

'Europe's most famous melting cheese delivered right to your door!  Raclette is a semi-firm, high moisture washed rind cheese with a rich creamy texture and extra funky tang.  In the Alps half wheels of this cheese are left on the hearth, with the cut side facing the fire.  Periodically the melted cheese is scraped onto a platter of potatoes, pickles, apples, and other accompaniments.
