Phoenix Bean has been making Chicago's best tofu in their Argyle Street facility for decades.  This soft tofu is made from Midwest grown soy beans and set to a perfect soft consistency, just firm enough to work with but silky and luxurious in a dish.  Try it in classic dishes like Szechuan Mapo or Home-Style Tofu!
