Sunflower shoots are crisp and juicy, with a flavor that is slightly sweet and a little nutty. They are a bit larger than some of the other microgreens, which makes them an excellent choice to use as the base of a salad. Their sweet and juicy flavor also makes them an excellent addition to smoothies and juices.

Our default packaging is a durable, reusable Snapware container; which we price at our wholesale cost of $3. Subscribers will receive their greens in Snapwares, and can return them to receive the full $3 deposit back via our loyalty program.

One-time purchasers may elect to receive their greens in either recyclable disposable plastic, or opt in for a reusable Snapware. Our durable, stackable Snapware containers feature an airtight and leakproof seal, making them perfect for daily use in travel, or for long-term dry-good storage.
